Keith Lynch
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As Seagate Government Solutions’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Keith Lynch directs the company’s finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, accounting and compliance. He also plays an active role in supporting Seagate Government Solutions’ corporate, security, and business development functions.
Mr. Lynch has experience in leading growth, M&A and capital raising strategies with companies servicing the US Federal Government market and has extensive knowledge of US government contracting and operations.
Most recently, Mr. Lynch was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of STG Group, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical technology, cyber and data solutions to more than 50 US Federal Agencies. While there, he assisted in, obtaining numerous debt agreements, integrating acquisitions, a divestiture, and the Company’s merger with Global Defense & National Security Systems, Inc. (renamed STG Group, Inc.), a publicly traded company, and the subsequent Security and Exchange Commissions (SEC) Filings.
Prior to his tenure with STG Group, Inc., Mr. Lynch worked in the Public Accounting Firms, Argy, Wiltse, and Robinson, P.C. (subsequently acquired by BDO USA, LLP) and Price Waterhouse, PC, (subsequently merged and renamed PwC).
Mr. Lynch graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a major in Accounting and a minor in History. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
