VP of National Programs
Bill Downer serves as the VP of National Programs at Seagate Government Solutions where he is focused on getting the US Federal Government agencies to adopt secure storage offerings from Seagate Technology. Seagate Technology is a leader in offering secure storage devices that meet the US Federal Government standards. In his position, Mr. Downer works with storage system manufacturers, federal system integrators and federal agencies employees and contractors to ensure they are using the latest storage devices with the highest level of data at rest security available from Seagate Technology.
Mr. Downer previously served in various leadership positions at Data Direct Networks, Mellanox Technologies, Quantum, Storage Tek and Sun Microsystems.
